"A tropical delight that hits a sweet tooth, but reminds you of sunbathing in the tropics. After reading the ingredients it doesn't sound very good, but it is awesome. My favorite smoothie by far. Created by a friend of mine."

Made this w/o the maple syrup and with fat free plain yogurt to cut the calories and fat. Pretty good!
