  1. Mix kiwi, onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin, and curry powder together in bowl. Cover and allow to rest for 1 hour at room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I can't handle spice, so I didn't add the jalapeño and it was still delicious. I did add more curry, cumin, and lime juice though. The recipe is a good base start! Thanks for sharing!

When I found myself with 2 cups of chopped kiwi left over from a social this was the perfect recipe for using it up. I loved it with planked salmon. I don't like curry powder so I left it out.
