  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done (170 degrees F). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add cream cheese spread to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until melted, stirring constantly. Whisk in broth and pesto; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened and well blended. Pour over chicken.

This was ok. Seasoned the chicken prior to cooking but still seemed a little bland. Would not use chicken broth again as it was pretty salty.

Just made this last week... it was a hit. I made it with some pasta on the side.. I put less than a teaspoon of sauce mixing it into the pasta..yummy! Oh and I doubled the sauce recipe..

This was the best meal that I've cooked so far. I highly recommend making this for dinner. I melted mozzarella on the chicken before I poured the pesto sauce and it made it even better.

It was delicious with some pasta on the side. Make sure you flatten the chicken a bit to make cooking it faster and easier.
