  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Place into a glass dish, and drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Turn the steaks, cover, and refrigerate 15 minutes. Turn the steaks again, and marinate 15 minutes longer.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Place the steaks on the preheated grill, close lid, and cook for 7 minutes. Toss the asparagus spears with a little olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the asparagus onto the grill, turn steaks over, and close lid. Cook until the steaks are beginning to firm and are slightly pink in the center, and the asparagus is tender, about 7 additional minutes. Turn the asparagus halfway through. Top each steak with 3 asparagus spears and swiss cheese. Continue cooking until the cheese has melted. Remove from the grill, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Cooking times have been updated in the recipe. If your steak is thinner or thicker than 1" reduce or increase the cook times. 7 mins on each side for a 1" thick cut will result in a medium rar...

It wasn’t very flavorful but it may be because we used the broiler instead of the grill? It was super easy to make though! Major plus. I won’t make it again.

It was good and really easy to make!

it was great!!!

This was very good. You really have to get a good steak that isnt too chewy. it you dont cut the asparagus bottoms off high its makes for a chewy meal.

I loved the steak. The worcestershire sause made the steak taste great. I also added hollandaise sause on the asparagus thats on the side.

This impressed my family so much, they asked me to make it again. If possible, get your steaks fresh from a butcher. Makes a great difference. Cheers

it was just delicious
