My Favorite Green Bean Casserole

I scaled this down to three servings, using one can of regular green beans. I subbed plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream, using a little less, but adding some creamer to get the consistency right. I did cut back on the mushrooms, used lime juice (was only small amount), and garlic powder, which this dish definitely needs. I didn't miss using the cream of mushroom soup / dried onions. This is really delicious, and I know I'll make it again!
