- Mix flour, egg yolks, and salt together in a bowl using your hands, adding water as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball. Knead until dough is smooth.
- Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin until thin enough be be filled. Cut dough into 7 1/2 by 7 1/2-inch squares.

- To make the wontons, place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle of a wrapper and gather the edges on top. Twist to seal. Repeat until all the filling or all the wrappers are used up.
