"A recipe for fresh wrappers made with eggs and flour to be used for pancit molo (Filipino wonton soup). You can of course buy wantan wrappers and use those, but the wrappers are easy to make from scratch."

  1. Mix flour, egg yolks, and salt together in a bowl using your hands, adding water as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball. Knead until dough is smooth.
  2. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin until thin enough be be filled. Cut dough into 7 1/2 by 7 1/2-inch squares.

  • Cook's Note:
  • To make the wontons, place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the middle of a wrapper and gather the edges on top. Twist to seal. Repeat until all the filling or all the wrappers are used up.
