This is a really great Ramen Recipe. I used Beef Broth instead of Vegetable Broth, and used plain Ramen (Top Ramen). I added about a cup of cabbage and onions to the sauce pan with some sesame oil and cooked htose before adding the broth and noodles. I will deffinately make this again, maybe with some barbequed pork or beef and some mushrooms too.
