This is good. You have GOT to like lime. I happen to love lime so this drink is good. However the balance seems off a bit.. it's worth experimenting with to make it just right to your taste. Give it a shot. Read More

If you love lime or limeade, you will love this! It's called a Caipiroska and is the vodka version of a Caipirinha (which uses cachaça). Normally you muddle the lime with the sugar, however I did like the ease of using lime juice instead. The only issue I had was the method. The sugar is not going to dissolve if you add it last to the glass. I suggest you add the lime juice and sugar first and stir til dissolved, then add ice to the top (2 crushed ice cubes is not going to cut it), top with vodka and stir. Very refreshing on a hot day.
