Easy Mexican Casserole

Not only is this an easy dish, it is also VERY good. Per other reviews, I used taco seasoning on the meat after it was browned. I also reduced the sour cream to 1 1/2 cups and spread it thin over the meat (my boyfriend is not the biggest sour cream fan) and sprinkled appx 1 cup crushed chese flavored nacho chips (ie: doritos) before topping it all off with cheese. Very tasty! We have no leftovers! Thanks Andrea!
