I made this today - I did not like it at all. Made exactly how recipe is given.

Really tasty cold soup.. easy. make sure you toast the pine nuts. It makes a difference

I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds interesting. I think I might like some cucumbers and maybe leave it a bit chunky?
