  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Season the pork loin evenly with the onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper; place into a roasting pan.
  3. Cook until the pork is no longer pink in the center, about 90 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Incredible. It seemed too easy, but the flavor is incredible. I substituted the powder from a Lipton Onion mix for the onion powder and it worked great.

Very tasty, I used liptons onion mix as well. A simple dish, I will make this one often :D
