This was only the second time I've cooked rabbit. It came out a little tough but we'll work on that. The flavor was great and my 19 month old ate it up! We served it with home grown fried okra. Read More

Just made changes in time, we did it in the electric oven at 200ºc, 40 minutes in a bowl with beer, one side 20 the other side 20minutes, then we grilled for half an hour, every 10 minutes more until roasted on both sides. Delicious. I have a photoI will try to upload. Read More
