  1. In a medium bowl combine ground beef, jalapenos, garlic, tomato paste and cilantro. Form mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Generously sprinkle both sides of patties with desired amount of Cajun seasoning
  3. Grill 4 to 5 minutes each side.

The burgers were ok, but I think the tomato paste was to much for me. I might try them without the paste next time.

These burgers were fantastic!! I served them at a BBQ I was having and everyone raved about them. I used jalapeños in the jar and a little more garlic than the recipe called for and they turne...

this was simply the best burger i've ever made! i topped mine with tomato, cheese and bacon and it was GORGEOUS.

Only thing I changed was substituting 1 habanero for 2 jalapenos. Very good!

GOOD BURGERS...I USED JARRED JALAPENOS INSTEAD OF FRESH..I WILL MAKE THESE AGAIN
