  • In a small bowl, stir together the salad dressing, basil, garlic and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

  • In a large bowl, combine the pasta, albacore, tomato, avocado and red onion. Add dressing and toss together to evenly coat.

  • Line four plates with lettuce leaves, spoon on salad and garnish with olive slices.

Really, really tasty! Super healthy too! The only changes I made was I used a whole avocado instead of half and added a little salt and pepper. Perfect! Read More

This is not bad rec but need some improvement. Basil leaves tasted bitter to me so next time I will use cilantro. I cut about 1/2 can black olives and added them to the salad as well as pepperoni. It also need at least some salt and pepper. For kick would be great jalapenos. Read More
