  1. Brown sausage in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook green peppers, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in Pasta Sauce and bring to a boil. Return sausage to skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until sausage is done and vegetables are tender. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.

Excellent and SO easy! I used bratwurst sausage and used 1/2 bag of large shelled pasta and mixed it all together and served it with salad. Yum!

My husband cooks this. He used regular flavored Ragu and then serves it in a sub bun. He cooks the peppers and onions in the sauce until they are tender. We love it

Very good ! after the sauce had cooked down some, I added fresh mozzarella to the mix and served in on sub buns.

Excellent recipe! Very tasty! I used turkey sausage to make it healthier. I served it with penne pasta because there was a lot of tomato sauce.
