  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, gently mix, and season with salt to taste. If preferred, add more cilantro and fresh lime juice to taste.
  2. Refrigerate for thirty minutes prior to serving.
  3. Just before serving, toss salad with romaine, frisee and watercress. Season to taste with salt and fresh black pepper. Serve immediately.

Absolutely delicious! I topped mixed greens with the avocado/tomato mixture. Flavourful and satisfying.

Yum!! This was excellent. I used red onion thinly sliced and used the whole red romaine lettuce leaves on the plates and piled the salad on top of it for serving. Directions are a bit confusin...

This is a good salad, but I'm still looking for the right dressing.

This is tasty and easy to make in a pinch! A friend of mine also makes something similar with just the avocado, tomato, olive oil, cucumbers, and feta cheese.
