  1. Mix the garbanzo beans, green onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, chives, dill, and Havarti cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a separate bowl; pour the mixture over the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle parsley over the salad to garnish.

Very good and easy. I made it for me because my husband doesn't like garbanzo beans... or so he says. Funny, because he ate as much of this as I did!

Very nice addition to a tossed salad. Or can be just a side dish. Easy to make.

I love this little salad! I added fresh basil it was amazing!

I made it exactly as written, except my can of garbanzo beans was a little smaller. It turned out great! I had the leftovers for lunch - yum!
