Spicy Tartar Sauce


This spicy tartar sauce is always a hit! Using cayenne pepper, boiled egg, and onion really adds to this sauce!

  • 2 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise

  • 1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and chopped

  • ¼ onion, minced

  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish

  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt


  1. Stir together mayonnaise, egg, onion, relish, cayenne pepper, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
