  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together white sugar, brown sugar, cornmeal and flour. Mix in butter, eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven.

I don't know if there was a typed error on this recipe or not, but I followed it exactly and the inside of the pie was liquid. It was a syrup, it tasted good, but a pie is not supposed to be hal...

Maybe not as good as the one with molasses; but pretty darn good! Very few ingredients, quick prep, short bake time, and a nice sweet treat.
