  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and saute until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add onions and peppers and cook until peppers are tender, about 3 minutes. Add broth and heat to boil, simmer uncovered 15 minutes to reduce. Stir in fajita seasoning, mixing well. Bring to a boil. Serve over rice or in a warmed flour tortilla.

Fast recipe for fajita's. I used leftover steak from a barbecue as my beef. It was delicious. I will definitely use this recipe again because it was so quick.
