I'm eating these right now. I followed the recipe except I used Kroger brand baking mix, not Betty Crocker. My baking mix doesn't have any sugar in it so the only sweetness comes from the blueberries. I guess this is OK if you're topping them with powdered sugar and/or syrup. Overall taste is bland and unexciting. It also makes a LOT. It could probably feed 3-4 adults. Read More
