- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, oil and water. Mix well and pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

This is a VERY sweet cake because of the addition of the gelatin. You might try using only 1/2 of the gelatin package. Overall, I think this could be a good cake for a child's birthday party ...
This recipe is good just like it is. I have made this twice. First time with the orange gelatin, second time with cherry. Both excellent. I also used vanilla ice cream to top it off. YUMMY!...
