  1. Prepare pudding as per package directions; stir in coconut accordingly. Put 1/2 of this mixture into prepared pie crust.
  2. Spread banana on top of pudding layer and then cover with remaining 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate to chill for 1 hour; top with whipped topping and serve.

Yummy! My kids loved it - how could they not?? Pretty easy to make.

This totally hit the spot. All 3 of them! The coconut was super tasty with the chocolate and the banana held up very well. YUM!
