Original recipe yields 6 servings
- Mix 1/2 cup stuffing and butter.
- Mix soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until hot.
- Tip: To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, breaking apart with fork halfway through heating.
