- *Tip for 3 cups of mashed potatoes: Place 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces, into a 3-quart saucepan. Add water to cover and heat over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash the potatoes with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoons butter. Season as desired.

Very yummy side dish! My boyfriend loved it and requested it again. I will agree it's a little runny...I will try and balance it out with more potatoes next time. I also used chives flavored ...
These were kinda runny so I'd cut down on the milk. Hubby thought they were great.
Flavor was delish! It was definitely a bit soupy/runny...so next time I'll probably add more mashed potatoes to balance the can of soup.
