  1. Bake, cool and remove the 'tops' of the pastry shells according to the package directions.
  2. Spoon 1/3 cup pork into each pastry shell. Top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and sprinkle with the parsley.

Pulled pork and coleslaw are a perfect match in this recipe. I used the smaller puff pastries and used these as appetizer.
