{{model.addEditText}} Print- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Simply Potatoes(R) and 1/4 cup Szechuan sauce; mix well. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover; continue cooking 5 minutes. Add frozen vegetables, roast beef, remaining 1/4 cup Szechuan sauce and 1/2 cup water. Cover; cook 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
