Easy Company Chicken

"Chicken breasts baked with a creamy curry, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese sauce. Easy, fast and tasty. This is great served with rice, as you can pour the sauce over the rice. It is my family's all time favorite recipe!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and cheese. Mix well and pour mixture over chicken.
  3. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Remove cover for last 10 minutes of baking to lightly brown the top.
