Rated as 3.71 out of 5 Stars

"A chewy bar cookie with coconut and raisins. These stay soft in the center after baking. I usually double the recipe and bake it in a nine by thirteen inch pan."

These tasted good but fell apart and were crumbly.

To make these really chewy substitute 1 cup mild molasses and 1 cup granulated sugar for the 1 cup of brown sugar.

Tasty but VERY sweet!

Super yummy! I also added 1/4 Cup sun flower seeds and 1/2 Cup of raw oats to the recipe and they turned out perfect!!!

This just did not work out for me!
