  1. In a parfait glass, layer maraschino cherries, 1 scoop ice cream, blueberries, another scoop of ice cream and Bing cherries.
  2. End with a scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream. Top with whipped cream and red and blue jimmies.
  3. If desired, add a sparkler or small paper American flag for garnish (non-edible).
