  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Crumble the bacon into a large mixing bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, corn syrup, apple cider, black pepper, and onion. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Takes more than 15 minutes to prepare but it is yummy! You can use the leftover dip for salad dressing.

Made this for a salad dressing only and it was excellent! I used red onion for the onion and I just can't say enough about this. Excellent! It looks too thick but it is not. Thanks for sharing!
