  • Cook pasta as package directs; drain and keep warm. In a large bowl, stir together tomatoes, olives, rice vinegar, basil, oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Add pasta and cheese; toss well. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with additional basil, if desired.

This was very yummy! I used normal red wine vinegar, and added 1 tsp of italian seasoning. Omitted the olives. And used fresh parsley. I added italian sausage to complete the dinner, and the family loved it. Read More

I liked this a lot, the feta and the tomato gives it a great sweet flavor. I added an extra can of diced tomatoes and heated the sauce in a pan before mixing them together. Great! Read More

My husband and I loved this recipe. We didn't have the diced tomatoes but instead I used a bunch of cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. And, we didn't have the olives that it called for but used the ones we had on hand in the fridge. The second time I made it, I added some diced chicken breasts to make it more of a meal. Very tasty as a cold salad! I only had regular red wine vinegar, and since fresh basil isn't available in winter, I used canned tomatoes with garlic, basil, and oregano instead. This would be an even better salad in the summer with garden fresh tomatoes and basil. Read More
