Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I used stewing beef for this recipe which i had soaked in about a 1/4 cup of red wine first..i used beef broth instead of the bouillon and a little less sour cream, i had fresh mushrooms on hand as well as canned..the fresh mushrooms are the way to go ..big turned out very well..with the cheaper stewing beef coming out very tender!! will make again..
