"This is a delectable new slant on a no-bake rice-cereal cookie. A friend of mine gave this recipe to me and her mother-in-law gave to her. It melts in your mouth! Use walnuts in place of the pecans for another variation."

  1. Stir together the melted candy coating and peanut butter. Add the rice cereal, marshmallows, and pecans; stir until evenly combined. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper in an even layer to cool completely before serving.

This was soooo good. I left out the nuts. I took this to a bake sale, sold all of them and still have people calling me for the recipe.

This is a hit at every single party I go to. I don't ever have any left to take home! They are fantastic and I am always asked for the recipe!

This is addictive! Make sure to read the directions though- use mini marshamallows and Do Not try to melt them with the candy coating and peanut butter!

A nice change of pace from a typical rice krispy.
