  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in large bowl. Stir well. Spread into greased 2-quart casserole.
  2. Cover; bake 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.

Excellent - with a couple revisions. I just sliced 2 large potatoes instead of the packaged and added onion and celery. My husband ate more than I've ever seen him eat before.

This was so not good. Maybe I am just used to a more complicated from of scalloped potatoes and ham, but this was seriously lacking. If I could give it negative starts, I would. Sorry!
