My husband really enjoyed this. I used Sriracha sauce and also subbed dry ginger for the root; however, I think the fresh would have been even better. We served it with black beans and steamed veggies.
I used a flank steak and only had it marinate for an hour. It was delicious. The flavors were very subtle and not over powering. I'll make it again.
Excellent. Take care to not cook too long. I live in North Dakota and evening temps this time of year are in low 20’s. I turned up my grill to 100% and grilled for about 3 minutes per side to achieve a steak temp of 128-132. I let rest 10 minutes. I pared with couscous (boiled in beef broth) and side of carrot coins. Topped with a smear of Chile garlic sauce.
