Arrange potato slices in a single layer on bottom of the skillet. Cook without stirring for 5 minutes, or until potatoes have begun to brown on the bottom. Sprinkle potato slices with thyme, parsley, rosemary, oregano, and paprika. Turn potatoes, and continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until tender.
