  1. Place oil in medium saucepan and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables and tarragon; saute until tender (3-4 minutes).
  3. Add broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add pasta and turkey; boil gently for 6-8 minutes or until pasta is cooked.


  • *Any small pasta, such as pastina or orzo can be used.

Simple and tasty. My whole family enjoyed this. However for a main dish this does not make 6 servings. For my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) I will double the recipe next time.

So easy. And great for leftover turkey
