- Slice pork into thin strips.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add pork and cook until browned, stirring often. Set pork aside.
- Heat remaining oil. Add celery, onion and thyme and cook until tender, stirring often.
- Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Return pork to skillet. Heat through. Serve over rice.

This a great meal that was easy to prepare and light but creamy in flavor.
This sounds lovely. We love pork and my fella is mad about celery so this sounds ideal. I think when i add the Celrey, onion etc at this stage im thinking of adding a sliced red pepper for colou...

Very good! I didn't have thyme, and I used cream of mushroom. This is something I will be cooking often.
added cilantro,and used cream of onion olive oil instead, and added about 1/4 cup of Sutter Home Moscato wine. My husband even liked and he does not like to many dishes like this!!!!
