I added some minced garlic, kiwis, and orange juice instead of the pineapple. I also use minced red onion, as the color and flavor is better for something like this. Very nice, very easy.
loved this salsa, hubby ended up taking it to work and it was devoured overnight. definate keeper. I did add some extra garlic and extra jalapeno for some spice
