Uncle John's Butter Barbeque Sauce

Rated as 5 out of 5 Stars

"No tomato. Doesn't burn! Can be used through the entire cooking process. This is best on poultry as the tarragon mixes nicely with the flavor of the bird. This amount will take care of four to six chicken breasts nicely. The recipe can be doubled for larger barbeques. The paprika gives the chicken a lovely color."

This was excellent! I used it on chicken kabobs and brushed it on throughout the entire grilling. Talk about super tender and flavorful. A definite keeper. Very impressive!
