  1. Place ham in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and transfer to a plate.
  2. Cook spinach in the same skillet until heated through, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place ham on a slice of bread. Add Havarti cheese and spinach. Cover with the second slice. Allow cheese to melt slightly, about 1 minute.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Place sandwich in the hot butter; cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

Made as written and this was great! My honey ham had a peppered crust on it which made for even more deliciousness. If my ham wouldn't have had the pepper, I probably would have added some crush...
