"Fresh twist on fruit salad. Very refreshing... not too sweet and so yummy! Can be served with whipped cream or sweetened mascarpone cream."

  1. Stir honey and balsamic vinegar together in a bowl until well blended. Stir in pepper. Add strawberries and blueberries; stir gently to coat with honey and balsamic vinegar. Let stand at room temperature until flavors combine, 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Substitute any berries you like for the blueberries.
