Fantastic! I was making fish and chips, but I can't stand mayo/tartar/malt vinegar, etc. I'm a ketchup girl. No ketchup in the house, so I figured I'd try to create my own using this recipe. No corn syrup, and added a few dashes of Worcestire sauce and it was amazing! I ate it with my fish, and will be using it for tomorrow's game day sliders!!! Update: added a splash of liquid smoke... amazing! You'll want to eat it with a spoon.
