Stir in the onion and garlic powder. Saute until onions are soft. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
