This is an excellent version of a Sicilian recipe. The capers are a tasty addition. I used the tomato paste but only a tbsp. I only needed a little more water than the cup as written. Use any leftovers for pasta or risotto. This is one of our favorite dishes. Thank you for the recipe. Read More
