Creamy Italian Dressing I

I actually made this last night, but when I tasted it, it wasn't very good, so I thought that maybe the flavors needed to meld a little more. Well, I wasn't very fond of it today either. I used a red onion and that may have altered the flavor some (it did turn a shade of pink). I didn't use all of the sugar either so maybe that was it as well. I'll try again and maybe that will change my mind. ;)
