Great Chicken Salad


This is the greatest chicken salad I've ever had and the easiest I've ever made.

  • 2 cooked, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 4 tablespoons cole slaw dressing

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, coleslaw dressing, lemon juice and celery.

  2. Blend until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled.
