Boring recipe. I used a whole 10oz package of fresh mushrooms upped the marsala to 1 cup and added about 1/2 cup chopped onion. Even then it wasn't so great. Did seem really salty but that might have been because I used cooking wine rather than regular wine so there was salt added in the wine. I'm up for trying anything once but I don't think I'll put this one on my menu again.
I used more mushrooms and some sweet onion. I also added pink salt and peppercorns to it. I used more water to make the sauce thinner and used gluten free mix for the flour. Then I made thick zoodles to top it off. Yum!
