Italian Kale

Since I learned cooking styles from a true italian, I knew to season the pot with the ollive oil and garlic (over med to med high heat), then I tossed in the chopped kale and after a couple tosses, I turned the heat off and let it sit for a few minutes. Finally, I drizzled it with the balsamic vinegar, tossed it again and served it with blue cheese crumbles. Awesome!!
